WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
Our comprehensive programme covers all aspects of anti-wrinkle treatments, from theory to practice, including:
Botulinum Toxin: How it works, and its application in both medical and aesthetic settings
Facial Anatomy: Understanding key areas for injections such as the glabella, forehead, and crow's feet
Injection Techniques: Master the art of precise and safe injection methods
Aftercare & Complication Management: Ensure client safety and satisfaction with expert aftercare advice
Business Insight: Learn to grow your aesthetics business with tips on marketing, social media, and ordering supplies
COURSE STRUCTURE
The course consists of a pre-home study phase and 2 days of practical training at our academy or your site (conditions apply). Before diving into the hands-on training, you’ll complete pre-home study modules to ensure you’re fully prepared for practical sessions.
Pre-home Study
Complete online modules, including:
Anaphylaxis
Anatomy & Physiology
Tattoo & Infection Control
Basic First Aid
Medications
Each module grants a stand-alone qualification. (This typically takes 2 weeks to complete, but we allow for as much time as needed).
From the moment you start your pre-home study, you’ll be preparing to excel in both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice.
Practical Training
Hands-on training covers the following:
What is Botulinum Toxin?
How does it work?
How is it used for Medical and Aesthetic treatments?
Facial A&P
Toxin types and how to use them
Advice on working with a prescriber
Contraindications and Adverse Effects
Injection areas and techniques
Photography – before and after
Managing complications and aftercare
Business advice – supplies, ordering, advertising and social media
YOUR JOURNEY TO SUCCESS
A written exam follows the course, and students will be signed off upon satisfactory performance. After the course, you’ll be ready to take on clients with the confidence and skill needed to deliver transformative results.
We take your education seriously, and this course covers all the essential foundations you need for safe, effective anti-wrinkle injections.

PREREQUISITES
This course is designed for medical, healthcare and qualified beauty professionals with the necessary qualifications. Unsure if you're eligible? Reach out, and we’ll help determine if your experience meets the course requirements.
Suitable for:
Staff nurses and medics
Suitable Healthcare Practitioners (6+ months experience)
SPMU practitioners (6 months + experience)
Progression Route into Aesthetics
NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
Note: If you do not hold an NVQ Level 3 or 4 but do have other qualifications that are directly related to this area of work, mainly if you work with needles, please contact us to see if we will accept your qualification as a pre-requisite for enrolment.
